Quest’s $10 million rebrand; future-proofing the brand for tomorrow’s business traveller

In August this year, iconic Australian accommodation provider, Quest Serviced Apartments rebranded as Quest Apartment Hotels, delivering a premium offering to meet the needs of a new generation of travellers and future-proofing the business for continued growth.


LCMC has partnered with Quest for almost four years now and was honoured to be involved in this landmark occasion in the company’s history as it enters its 28th year of operation. LCMC managed the media announcement of the $10 million rebrand, which was unveiled to 300 delegates at Quest’s national franchisee conference on the Sunshine Coast.


Rolling out across the network of over 150 Quest properties across Australasia, the rebrand comprised a modernised logo, updated building signage, stylish contemporary uniforms, website upgrade and an ongoing commitment to continually raise the bar in apartment hotel design.


Key industry media attended the launch in Queensland with exclusive access to one-on-one interviews with Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana who has been the driving force behind the brand’s revitalisation. The announcement received media coverage across national business and industry (franchising, tourism, travel, and accommodation) publications, in addition to advertising and marketing media.
